Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with workforce management or scheduling systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage dynamic schedules using workforce management software.
• Serve as the SME for Workforce Management systems—tracking performance, issues, and downtime.
• Partner with department leaders to forecast staffing needs and develop labor strategies.
• Design schedules balancing business demand, service excellence, and labor agreements.
• Recommend scheduling improvements and develop new staffing models for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with legal, legislative, ethical, and equity requirements.
• Process daily schedule activities including leave requests, call-outs, and adjustments.
• Monitor and report on KPIs such as Service Level, Occupancy, Abandon Rates, ASA, and AHT.
• Deliver SHOW service fundamentals to internal customers in a collaborative environment.
