Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking a Manager, Workforce Management -UKG to join our Advisory Services practice in the United States. You will lead end-to-end UKG WFM implementations, guiding timekeeping, scheduling, and analytics to deliver optimized workforce operations.

You will own delivery planning, governance, and documentation, establish PM standards, and engage with client stakeholders across payroll, HR, and technology teams while upholding our professional standards and collaborative culture.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of recent UKG Consulting experience with Workforce Management.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, information technology, or a related field is required.
  • Proficiency/certifications in UKG Pro, UKG Ready, or UKG Dimensions modules.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Led end-to-end workstreams for UKG Workforce Management implementations across UKG Pro, UKG Ready, and UKG Dimensions, including timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, and workforce optimization
  • Owned delivery planning and execution, including development of project plans, RAID logs, governance cadence, and traceability to requirements, ensuring audit-ready documentation and successful outcomes
  • Established and scaled project management standards for WFM delivery, including tools, reporting, and implementation best practices to improve consistency, quality, and compliance
  • Led client-facing stakeholder engagement, including workshops, status reporting, issue escalation, and cross-functional coordination across payroll, HR, and technology teams
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment

  • Proven expertise, including certifications, in one or more of the following UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) products and modules: UKG Pro: Proficient in modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruitment, Talent Management, and Performance; UKG Ready: Knowledgeable in Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Hiring, and HR; UKG Dimensions: experienced with advanced scheduling, workforce management, analytics, and mobile solutions
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel as needed
