Qualifications

• Experience in post-award grant administration and monitoring.
• Experience coordinating across program, finance, data, and sponsored programs.
• Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-award grant administration across the lifecycle.
• Coordinate with program, finance, data and institutional teams for compliance and reporting.
• Develop processes, tools, and training for grant administration.
• Support audits and sponsor reviews; ensure records are complete and audit-ready.
• Identify opportunities to improve grant stewardship and efficiency.
