Mobility seeks a Senior Manager to lead workforce finance across the enterprise, shaping labor cost forecasts, compensation analytics, and planning scenarios. The role partners with HR, business finance, and leadership to translate hiring plans and compensation decisions into a clear financial view.

The position emphasizes advanced modeling, dashboards, and executive reporting to support the annual plan, quarterly forecasts, and strategic workforce initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field; 6–10 years in FP&A or workforce finance.
• Hands-on experience building workforce financial models, labor forecasts, and compensation analyses at company scale.
• Experience partnering with Finance and HR in a matrixed or business-partnering environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workforce Finance and Labor Cost Modeling.
• Develop and maintain workforce financial models (headcount, compensation, benefits, labor burden, stock-based compensation).
• Support annual operating plan and quarterly forecasts by establishing workforce assumptions and consolidating forecasts.
