Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Senior Talent Partner (Workforce Planning) to lead data-driven workforce insights in a global payments environment.

This hands-on role will design models and processes to forecast talent needs across the organization, ensuring agile workforce planning across locations. Based in Cincinnati, OH or Atlanta, GA, you will partner with HR, Finance and business leaders to translate strategic plans into actionable workforce strategies, build credible forecasts, and

Qualifications

10+ years in workforce planning or HR analytics within a global organization.
Deep expertise in WFP methodologies, including demand/supply forecasting, scenario modeling, and gap analysis.
Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Python, R).
Experience designing and implementing Workday HCM/workforce planning modules.

Responsibilities

Build data-driven workforce planning processes, models, and insights for a global organization.
Develop forecasting models aligned with business targets and productivity assumptions.
Lead annual and quarterly strategic workforce planning cycles with Finance and business leaders.
Translate model outputs into concrete workforce plans and actions (talent acquisition, mobility, development).
Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to align talent strategy with business growth.
