Job summary

Mobility is seeking an FP&A Manager to partner with senior leaders across finance and business units. You will synthesize complex financial and operational data to drive expense management, budgeting, and forecasting.

The role requires advanced modeling, CRM experience, and strong communication skills in a hybrid setting. The position is based in Southfield, MI or New York, with a hybrid schedule and minimum in-office days.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance with 5+ years in FP&A.
• Strong financial reporting knowledge and robust financial modeling skills.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to synthesize financial and operational data to support budgeting and cost management.
• Own the expense forecast and support headcount planning with marketing, product and Sales leadership.
• Develop and improve budgeting, forecasting, operating plans and modeling tools.
• Perform margin analysis and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Review vendor usage for expense leakage reduction and drive process automation.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, producing weekly/monthly variance reporting and ad-hoc analyses.
