Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree; 5–8 years in Staffing, Recruitment, or Sales/Marketing preferred.
• Proven ability to network with employers and coordinate career events.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Network with employers to identify opportunities for student placement and externships.
• Coordinate career fairs and professional development days.
• Review resumes and cover letters; provide coaching for job search.
• Support students in locating employment aligned with training and goals.
• Track monthly employment placements and provide feedback to the team.
