Career Team is a leading workforce development organization on a mission to transform lives. The Workforce Development Specialist ES will provide Employer Services under WPA to jobseekers and employers in a Workforce Solutions Office.

Based in North Central Texas, this full-time, non-exempt role focuses on employer engagement, job posting support, and coordinating training opportunities to improve placements and outcomes for job seekers while complying with program requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma with at least two years of relevant full-time experience.
• Strong understanding of workforce solutions and employer engagement.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with local businesses to meet labor market needs.
• Assist employers with WorkinTexas.com registrations and job postings.
• Plan and execute recruiting events and employer outreach.
• Deliver presentations on employment opportunities and labor market info.
• Record services and case notes in WorkInTexas.com for compliance.
