Job summary

RiverSpring Licensed Home Care Services Agency in Bronx, NY seeks a Workforce Development Project Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding, and compliance while coordinating trainee mentorship and OSOS reporting.

The role serves as a liaison among clinical operations, human resources, trainees, and educational partners, driving outreach and partnership initiatives to strengthen workforce pipelines and program delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in healthcare administration, HR, business administration, education, workforce development, or related field.
• Associate degree with relevant healthcare/workforce development experience may be considered.
• Experience in healthcare, workforce development, HR, education, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, retention, or program coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, documentation, and computer skills required.
• Ability to maintain confidential employee and trainee information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn HR, workforce, and NYS reporting systems, including OSOS.
• Proficiency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Supports workforce development initiatives through recruitment, onboarding, documentation, compliance monitoring, mentorship coordination, trainee engagement, retention activities, and NYS OSOS reporting.
• Acts as liaison among clinical operations, Human Resources, trainees, educational and community partners.
• Performs public outreach to strengthen community partnerships, workforce pipelines, recruitment, organizational visibility, and sales initiatives including lead generation and referral development.
• Identifies new business opportunities for the organization.

RiverSpring Licensed Home Care Services Agency is seeking a Workforce Development Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team!

The RiverSpring Living campus is set on 32 acres overlooking the Hudson River, in Riverdale, New York.RiverSpring Living provides a full range of care solutions including nursing home care, assisted living programs, senior housing, rehabilitation services and specialized services such as elder abuse prevention and memory care.

Position Summary

The Workforce Development Project Coordinator supports workforce development initiatives through recruitment, onboarding, documentation, compliance monitoring, mentorship coordination, trainee engagement, retention activities, and NYS OSOS reporting. The position performs general Human Resources support functions and serves as a liaison among clinical operations, Human Resources, trainees, educational and community partners. The Coordinator conducts public outreach to strengthen community partnerships, workforce pipelines, recruitment efforts, organizational visibility, and sales initiatives, including lead generation, referral development, promotion of organizational services, and identification of new business opportunities.
