Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering training curricula for a manufacturing site.
• Supervisory/leadership experience.
• Six Sigma certification or equivalent.
• Experience applying adult learning principles to training programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site training strategy and learning programs.
• Develop KPI for training and progression.
