Job summary

All In Energy seeks a Workforce Development Program Manager to advance staff growth and professional development across our Commonwealth programs. You will craft development resources, deliver trainings, and support participants from recruitment through placement in the clean energy sector.

You will partner with community-based groups and educational institutions, coordinating across departments to scale programs and secure funding.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in workforce development and recruitment
• 3+ years in roles with training and mentoring early‑career staff
• Commitment to climate justice and equitable clean energy access
• Experience with diverse communities, especially in underrepresented groups
• Excellent communication and collaboration with partners and stakeholders
• Public speaking and lesson facilitation experience
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfort using Google Workspace applications (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Mail)

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training sessions on professional communication, digital literacy, resume development, and interview practices
• Provide mentorship and surround support to program participants
• Coordinate across departments to balance programmatic work with participant development
• Build relationships with department leads to identify development needs and opportunities
• Mentor and support training participants, interns, and staff on career exploration and goals
• Support fundraising and grant-related content for internship programs
• Engage with educational institutions and community organizations to build candidate pipelines
• Establish and track metrics for recruitment, completion, placement, and retention
• Ensure accurate data reporting to funders and alumni engagement post‑program
