Job summary

You will support participants, interns, and staff to overcome barriers, navigate resources, and identify growth opportunities within a diverse, justice-focused organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in workforce development and recruitment.
• 3+ years of experience in roles that include training and mentoring early-career staff.
• Experience working with diverse populations, particularly in low-to-moderate income or majority-minority communities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with partners and stakeholders.
• Comfort with public speaking and lesson facilitation.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate interactive training sessions on professional communication, digital literacy, conflict resolution, resume development, and interview best practices.
• Provide or procure ongoing surround support and mentorship to program participants for successful transitions into energy specialist roles.
• Coordinate across departments to balance scheduling of programmatic work with workforce development responsibilities.
• Build relationships with All In Energy department leads to identify development needs and opportunities.
