Job summary

All In Energy is seeking a Workforce Development Program Manager to advance climate justice by developing training and mentorship for interns and early-career staff. You will build partnerships with education institutions, energy employers, and community organizations to expand opportunities in the clean energy sector.

The role focuses on managing training programs, supporting participants through their training, and ensuring successful transitions into external roles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in workforce development and recruitment OR
• 3+ years of experience in roles that include training and mentoring early-career staff.
• Passionately embraces the mission of All In Energy with a strong commitment to addressing climate justice and equitable clean energy access.
• Experience working with diverse populations, particularly in low-to-moderate income or majority-minority communities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with partners and stakeholders.
• Comfort with public speaking and lesson facilitation.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a nonprofit organization.
• Proficient with Google Workplace applications (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Mail).

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate interactive training sessions on professional communication, digital literacy, conflict resolution, resume development, and interview best practices.
• Provide mentorship to program participants to ensure their successful transition into energy specialist roles.
• Coordinate scheduling across departments to balance programmatic work with workforce responsibilities.
• Build relationships with department leads to identify development needs and opportunities.
