Job summary

Arizona Western College seeks a part-time program coordinator to support regional workforce development across La Paz County, including Adult Education and community initiatives. The role delivers education through instruction, workshops, and partnerships to help students gain employment and advance their careers.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree or higher with 1 year of full-time outreach or education experience.
Alternatively, a high school diploma with 3 years in outreach or education.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
English and/or Spanish language proficiencies may be noted in the application.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for students, employers, and community members.
Coordinate workforce training, continuing education, and community programs.
Develop and facilitate workshops and informational sessions.
Recruit, schedule, and support instructors; manage program documentation.
Maintain records, assist with reporting, and participate in strategic planning.
