Job summary

Child & Family Resources is seeking a Community Engagement Specialist to lead outreach and education across Arizona, including Casa Grande and surrounding counties. You will develop and implement strategies to engage families, child care providers, and community partners, using a statewide plan and Salesforce to track activities.

The role requires strong communication, bilingual English/Spanish, program coordination, event planning, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• 2+ years in community engagement, outreach, or similar role.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred (oral, reading, writing).
• Experience with childcare or early childhood education programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide consumers statewide with thorough, unbiased information on child care services and access to nontraditional hours and emergencies.
• Plan and coordinate daily/weekly/monthly outreach activities per Statewide Plan to raise awareness.
• Build and maintain relationships with community members, educators, leaders and organizations statewide.
• Collaborate with communities (tribal and military) to promote high-quality, culturally relevant childcare and connect families to services.
• Attend and participate in events, workshops, and meetings to promote CCR&R services.
