Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience in a related field or equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Experience developing professional education or corporate training programs is preferred.
• Experience coordinating budgets, timelines, and stakeholder agreements.
• Experience supervising staff or project teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve professional education and workforce development programs aligned with industry needs.
• Collaborate with faculty and partners on curriculum planning, budgeting, and program design.
• Coordinate with Product Manager to validate market research and identify new opportunities.
• Develop project plans and coordinate activities from concept to launch.
• Oversee operations, learner experience, and launch readiness for assigned programs.
