Job summary

Women In Need (Win) is seeking a Job Developer – Supportive Housing to help clients build careers and achieve independence. You will assess job readiness, provide career coaching, connect participants to training and employment resources, and build partnerships with local employers to expand opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social services or related field is required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in job placement, workforce development, career coaching, or employment services.
• Experience working with at-risk populations; homelessness experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to build partnerships with employers and community organizations.
• Experience facilitating workshops, trainings, or employment-focused curricula.
• Strong organizational, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform outreach, assessments, and career planning to identify goals.
• Evaluate job readiness and connect clients to training, ESL, GED, and education opportunities.
• Develop and maintain employer relationships for job opportunities.
• Provide individualized job search support and ongoing coaching.
• Coordinate job fairs, workshops, and career readiness activities.
• Collaborate with Case Managers to monitor progress and support goals.
• Maintain participant records and required program data.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings to support program success.
