Viability, Inc. in Ledyard, CT is seeking a Workforce Developer to support people with disabilities in worksite and community settings.

This full-time role offers 35-40 hours weekly, varied shifts, and a $22/hour rate plus a $500 sign-on bonus. You're responsible for orientation, training, supervision, and implementing employment plans to maximize progress, working in a team with compassionate, reliable colleagues and contributing to the agency's mission to build inclusive employment

Workforce Developer

Salary Range: $22.00 To $22.00 Hourly

$500 sign on bonus ($250 at the completion of first week of training and $250 after successful completion of first 90 days)

Position: Workforce Developer – Full Time

Location: Ledyard, CT

Rate of Pay: $22.00 per hour

Hours: 35-40 hours per week

Schedule: Varied Shifts, Monday-Friday between 7:30AM-6:45PM

Summary:

• Provides orientation, training, and supervision of workers with disabilities, working alongside individuals with disabilities in a worksite or community-based employer. S/he implements employment plans designed to maximize worker progress and assures job is performed to specifications. Qualifications and Requirements:

• High School/GED
• Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record and a reliable vehicle.
• Must have the flexibility to work both weekday and weekend hours to the meet program needs.
