This full-time role offers 35-40 hours weekly, varied shifts, and a $22/hour rate plus a $500 sign-on bonus. You're responsible for orientation, training, supervision, and implementing employment plans to maximize progress, working in a team with compassionate, reliable colleagues and contributing to the agency's mission to build inclusive employment

Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
• Flexibility to work both weekday and weekend hours to meet program needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide orientation, training, and supervision of workers with disabilities.
• Implement employment plans designed to maximize worker progress and ensure job performance to specifications.
• Collaborate with team to support individuals in worksite and community-based settings.
