The State of Georgia seeks a Workforce Data Analytics Specialist to drive data-driven decision-making across programs in Atlanta, GA. This full-time role emphasizes data quality, performance analytics, and reporting to inform leadership and federal/state requirements.

Located at the TCSG System Office in Atlanta (1800 Century Place, Atlanta, GA 30345), you will develop reports and dashboards, identify trends, and communicate findings through clear, actionable visuals to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, data science, statistics, information systems, computer science, economics, education, business, public administration, public policy, workforce development, or a related field and two years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of performance measurement and data analysis.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI; ability to translate data into clear insights.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain data governance procedures to ensure accuracy and integrity of performance data.
• Monitor data quality and improve data collection and validation processes.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data summaries using Excel, Tableau, and other tools.
• Analyze workforce and program data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of departmental data requests, including intake, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.
