Qualifications

• Experience analyzing HRIS and HR performance metrics.
• Advanced skills in database management and security.
• Experience documenting processes and performing audits.
• Ability to stay current with HRIS trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to participate in pre-employment screening and security requirements.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills in a business environment.
• Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
• Analytical with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze intraday, daily, and weekly staffing levels and trends.
• Assess service level risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Create schedules for new hires and shift selection.
• Design exception protocols to ensure productivity and compliance.
• Support ad-hoc projects as required.
• Monitor SLA performance and report issues to management.
• Develop root cause analyses for performance trends.
• Produce timely, accurate performance/metric reporting.
• Identify workflow improvements and automate processes.
• Coordinate with leadership and cross-functional teams.
