Job summary

MultiCare Health System is seeking a Workforce Analyst to curate, maintain and report workforce data. You will build automated dashboards and deliver ad hoc reports to support workforce planning and development.

You will partner with stakeholders to ensure data integrity, transform insights into actionable recommendations, and coach teams on data-driven decision making through Power BI dashboards and clear storytelling.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Six months of experience gathering report requirements for data analysis and creating reports and dashboards; preferably in workforce or human resources.

Responsibilities

• Curates and maintains relevant workforce data.
• Develops and implements relevant and impactful Power BI dashboards to showcase essential workforce data in partnership with workforce development.
• Delivers projects with high level of data integrity and accuracy.
• Partners with stakeholders both internal and external to workforce planning and development to deliver high-impact projects and insights.
• Identifies process improvements that will have a positive impact data cleanliness.
• Partners with leadership to solve for data gaps and deliver scalable solutions.
• Conducts ad-hoc analysis to assist with time sensitive decision making.
• Focuses on data integrity and cleanliness.
• Educates and coaches stakeholders on how to interrupt and use data to influence.
