Job summary

CommunityCare is seeking an Analyst to provide analytical support across departments, including creating and optimizing reports and dashboards. The role involves data extraction from multiple databases, statistical analysis, and data modeling to drive insights and informed decisions.

The Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, implement beginner to intermediate level analyses, and automate recurring reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline is required.
• SAS or SQL experience preferred.
• Power BI or Tableau experience preferred.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Execute, write, test, validate, analyze and distribute reports.
• Determine, write and present report results with key findings and trends to stakeholders.
• Complete multiple concurrent ad-hoc analyses and provide corresponding reports.
• Develop beginner to intermediate level reports and ad-hoc analysis; automate and deliver on schedule.
• Maintain Departmental Data Warehouse and its documentation.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
