Job summary

One Federal Solution is seeking an experienced Business Data Analytics Specialist to support a Government Client by transforming complex workforce and business data into actionable insights.

You will develop enterprise dashboards, perform workforce analytics, identify trends, automate business processes, and provide executive-level reporting that supports strategic decision-making and organizational performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 12+ years of professional experience in business analytics, workforce analytics, data analytics, program analysis, or related field.
• 8+ years in analytical and support activities related to business intelligence or organizational performance.
• Experience developing enterprise dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and executive reports.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and reports using Tableau, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
• Develop performance measures and metrics to enhance analytics capabilities.
• Display complex data clearly for executive leadership.
• Synthesize data and provide actionable insights and process improvements.
• Perform workforce and business analyses using data from multiple sources.
• Audit data to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
