• Create and maintain resource reports and dashboards.
• Manage budgets and P&L for Partner & Resource Management.
• Collaborate with Practice and partner networks to optimize delivery.
• Escalate resource risks and issues to key stakeholders.
• Drive governance, methodology, and continuous improvement.
