Job summary

The Judge Group in Plano, TX is seeking a Sr. Analyst - Workforce Analytics to drive HR workforce insights. This hybrid role requires two in-person days weekly and offers a 12-month engagement with potential fulltime conversion.

You will conduct advanced analyses, build KPI dashboards, and partner with analytics teams to roadmap critical talent initiatives across a large enterprise.

Qualifications

• Experience in Dashboard making using Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience in basic SQL (Must have)
• Experience with R, Python and other statistical tools
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Science, Analytics or related discipline (Must Have)
• Hands-on experience in leading talent analytics efforts for a large enterprise
• Proven ability to consulting and "telling the story" and robust analytical skills coupled with strategic planning abilities (Must Have)
• Experience in HR, Workforce or Talent Analytics (Nice to have)

Responsibilities

• Conduct simple to complex trending, statistical and predictive analysis to help drive HR department & business workforce objectives and inform talent decisions.
• Mixing quantitative and qualitative methods, spearhead large scale analyses to identify the root cause and key drivers of talent trends.
• Analyze HR data, develop workforce KPI’s and create dashboards to advise of impacts to the workforce.
• Extract data to develop and own value-add dashboards that synthesize trends and track progress toward closing gaps against goals.
• Partner closely with Talent Analytics Sr Analysts, Data Science and Data Architect Consultants to determine project roadmap for each priority.

Job Title: Sr. Analyst - Workforce Analytics

Location: Plano, TX-Hybrid (minimum two days a week, Tuesday and Wednesday)

Duration: 12 months with the possibility of extension/fulltime conversion

• Conduct simple to complex trending, statistical and predictive analysis to help drive HR department & business workforce objectives and inform talent decisions
