Job summary

Veolia North America in Boise, Idaho, seeks a Workforce IT Specialist to support workforce deployment, AMI and GIS integrations, training, and reporting. You will ensure data integrity, develop end-user materials, and drive system improvements across CityWorks, Sensus Flexnet, ESRI GIS, and related platforms.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, change management, and delivering accurate metrics.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent technical training and work experience.
• 3-5 years of Work Management, AMI, SCADA and/or GIS experience in a utility environment preferred.
• Ability to learn and adapt to proprietary systems and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support workforce applications for end-users and training materials.
• Deliver operational reports and maintain system documentation.
• Coordinate AMI/SCADA/GIS integrations and data quality checks.
• Drive standard processes and operational excellence across the Idaho unit.
• Develop training programs and track system issues/resolutions.
• Provide data-driven insights to improve workforce efficiency.
