Job summary

American Airlines is seeking a Representative, Workforce Administration at our Fort Worth, TX location. You’ll provide administrative support for team members and leadership in a busy contact center, handling payroll coding, timekeeping, and leaves with accuracy and confidentiality.

You’ll interact by phone, email, IVR, chats and video calls, supporting leave policies, payroll adjustments and coding requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalency.
• 1 year of administration experience or equivalent.
• Experience in payroll coding, timekeeping, and HR systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains in-depth understanding of payroll coding and timekeeping systems (Workbrain, Mytime, Aspect, Absence Tracker).
• Manages timekeeping processes and coding for team members with accurate entry and auditing.
• Processes state leaves and tracks FMLA coding with proper HR system documentation.
• Acts as a resource on leave policies, payroll adjustments, and coding requirements.
• Interprets and applies contractual provisions to ensure compliance.
• Provides service via phone, email, IVR, chats and video calls.
• Supports other administrative activities such as correspondence handling and activity logs.
