Job summary

American Airlines is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the Inflight Administration team in Fort Worth. You will manage expense categories and reimbursement programs, guiding base operations and ensuring compliant processes.

You’ll collaborate with Labor, Legal, and People teams while driving improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in daily administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in administrative, operational, or financial support roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee expense categories such as parking and reimbursement programs for Inflight operations.
• Serve as SME for base operations, guiding administrative processes.
• Manage the reimbursement process for leasing, including return-to-work meetings and compliance steps.
• Hold flight attendants accountable for timely completion of required processes.
• Partner with Labor, Legal, and People teams on management-level issues to ensure policy alignment.
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
