Job summary

MidFirst Bank is seeking a Business Process / Workflow Project Manager to drive process improvement and automation across the organization. You’ll analyze current workflows, design better solutions, and bring them to life with automation tools, collaborating with multiple teams.

The role emphasizes shadowing users, documenting processes, and translating needs into effective future-state designs. You’ll support testing, training, and implementation across projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field is required or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business process design/improvement or consulting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with SQL - writing queries, tables, joins, functions.
  • Experience with process mapping tools (Visio).
  • Basic understanding of software development concepts (data structures, logic).

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business teams to analyze, document, and improve processes end-to-end.
  • Shadow users, map current-state workflows.
  • Translate needs into future-state solutions including workflows and system designs.
  • Build and implement workflow applications using automation platforms and other tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design, test, and launch solutions.
  • Support UAT, training, and implementation.
  • Manage multiple projects while balancing priorities and timelines.
  • Communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
