Job summary

Wood & Huston Bank seeks a Business Process Analyst to analyze, design, and improve processes, systems, and workflows under the COO. You will partner with stakeholders, project teams, and technology resources to drive efficiency and successful implementation of new products and services.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with BPM, CRM, BI, Nintex, RPA, and M365, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.

Qualifications

• Document workflows, procedures, and business requirements.
• Collect, validate, and analyze data to support business initiatives.
• Support testing, implementation, and maintenance of business process solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to support organizational goals.
• Identify inefficiencies, risks and improvement opportunities in current processes.
• Troubleshoot processes, reporting, and system-related issues.
• Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
