Job summary

Noble Health Services is seeking a qualified Pharmacy Technician to handle medication orders, data entry, and workflow management in a fast-paced setting. You will support call center operations, process prescriptions and refills, and ensure accuracy for billing and shipping on patient orders.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, pharmacy technician certification preferred, and experience in customer service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Daily preparation of call center workflow.
  • Accurate data entry of incoming prescriptions and refills.
  • Maintain prescription refill requests.
  • Manage Foundation Assistance.
  • Backup for inbound/outbound calls as required.
  • Select billing/shipping methods for patient orders.
  • Provide clinical services in TherigySTM.
  • Resolve customer service issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist members with payment-related issues on accounts/orders.
  • Maintain production as directed by supervisor.
  • May assist in orienting/training new employees.
  • Complete mandatory and regulatory training.

Overview

Scope of Responsibilities: Works under general supervision. Follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks. May assist in orienting and training employees

Job Summary: Responsible for all aspects related to entering of medication orders and workflow management.

Responsibilities

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for daily preparation of call center workflow
  • Responsible for accurate data entry of incoming prescriptions and refills
  • Responsible for maintaining prescription refill requests
  • Responsible for Foundation Assistance management
  • Responsible as a backup for inbound/outbound calls as required
  • Responsible for accurately selecting billing and shipping methods for incoming patient orders
  • Provide clinical services in TherigySTM
  • Provides resolution to customer service issues to ensure member satisfaction
  • Work with members to provide resolution to payment related issues on accounts/orders
  • Maintain and keep reasonable production as determined by supervisor
  • May assist in orienting and training new employees
  • Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Attendance Requirements:

  • Must be available, and on-time for scheduled work shifts.
  • Must be able to work nights as required.

Educational Requirements:

  • Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
  • Preferred: Pharmacy technician or related certification

Experience:

  • Past experience in a customer service related field
  • 6-12 months experience as a pharmacy technician

Special Conditions of Employment:

  • Drug test
  • Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
  • Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position

Compensation:

$18.00-21.00 an hour

The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
