You will drive cross-functional improvements, translate operational needs into scalable digital solutions, and govern standardized process documentation across geographies. A data-driven, regulatory-aware mindset is essential.

This role emphasizes collaboration with technology and product teams, workflow modernization, and sustained process enhancement in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in the functional area.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own analysis and optimization of defined process domains in the title insurance lifecycle.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to reimagine and streamline workflows across the transactional lifecycle.
• Translate operational needs into scalable, digital-first solutions with technology and product teams.
• Use production data and root-cause analysis to measure performance and refine processes.
• Develop, maintain, and govern standardized process documentation (e.g., SOPs, swim lanes).
• Embed compliance and regulatory requirements into process design.
• Serve as a process domain expert across business units to drive consistency.
• Support rollout of optimized processes across geographies.
