Branded Bills LLC is seeking a Workflow Coordinator to maximize the flow of orders from printing to shipping in Tempe. You will coordinate daily production and warehouse activities, prioritize tasks by deadlines, and communicate priorities to team leads to keep operations on schedule.

This full-time role requires 2+ years in warehouse, production, or order fulfillment, strong organization, and good problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse, production, or order fulfillment (apparel/headwear preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems or production tracking tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily flow of orders through production and warehouse operations.
• Prioritize tasks based on deadlines, shipping methods, and production capacity.
• Monitor order progress to identify delays or bottlenecks and adjust workflow accordingly.
• Communicate daily priorities to team leads and associates.
• Maintain records of production times, output, and delays for reporting.
• Support scheduling systems and order tracking tools.
