Job Summary

The Workflow Coordinator is responsible for managing and optimizing the flow of orders, materials, and tasks across the warehouse and production floor. This role ensures that customer orders move smoothly from printing to picking, packing, and shipping while balancing efficiency, accuracy, and deadlines. The coordinator acts as a bridge between production, warehouse, and management teams to keep operations running on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Workflow Management

• Coordinate the daily flow of orders through production and warehouse operations.
• Prioritize tasks based on deadlines, shipping methods, and production capacity.
• Monitor order progress to identify delays or bottlenecks and adjust workflow accordingly.
• Communicate daily priorities to team leads and associates.

Order & Inventory Coordination

• Ensure that all necessary materials (apparel, hats, trims, packaging) are staged and ready for production.
• Track inventory levels and flag shortages to management.
• Verify order accuracy before transitioning between departments (printing - picking - packing).

Communication & Support

• Act as the main point of contact between Production, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams.
• Communicate changes, urgent orders, or special handling requirements clearly to associates.
• Provide status updates on large or high-priority orders to management.

Process & Efficiency

• Monitor productivity and recommend process improvements to streamline workflow.
• Maintain records of production times, output, and delays for reporting.
• Assist in developing scheduling systems and order tracking tools.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure all products meet quality standards before moving to the next step in the process.
• Uphold warehouse safety practices and company policies.
• Support a clean, organized, and efficient production environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse, production, or order fulfillment experience (apparel/headwear preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or production tracking tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Compensation
