Job summary

Branded Bills makes premium custom headwear and branded merchandise for golf, collegiate and motorsport licensing, and retail. The Sales Coordinator keeps our sales team moving, owning the details that turn a customer request into an order shipped right and on time. We are looking for energy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor's in business, marketing or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in sales support or order management (B2B a plus); NetSuite/HubSpot experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and clear written/verbal communication; ability to juggle many orders under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Order Management: Enter and maintain sales orders in NetSuite; track from art approval through shipping; process changes and reorders.
• Customer & Rep Support: Be the day-to-day contact for assigned accounts; respond the same business day; assist with quotes and catalogs.
• Design & Production: Submit art requests to in-house design; manage proofs and coordinate timelines with production.
• CRM & Reporting: Keep HubSpot current; maintain reports on orders and accounts.
• Sales Growth: Spot reorder and upsell opportunities; follow up on inbound leads and dormant accounts.
• Collaboration: Work with Golf, Licensing and Retail during peak periods; join weekly sales meetings.
