This role involves drafting POs, tracking status, and coordinating with merchandising, design, and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in apparel production, sourcing, or related supply chain role.
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with PLM or ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication for vendor correspondence.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working across time zones with overseas vendors and factories.

Responsibilities

• Draft, issue, and maintain purchase orders to vendors and factories.
• Verify PO accuracy including style numbers, quantities, costing, ship dates, and terms.
• Track status of open POs from issuance through delivery.
• Follow up with vendors to confirm production timelines and shipping schedules.
• Maintain production calendars and status trackers; escalate at-risk orders.
• Coordinate with merchandising, design, and logistics on timelines.
• Maintain vendor files including compliance documents and costing sheets.
• Support sourcing and production administrative tasks.
• Reconcile PO details against invoices and shipping documents.
