FAM Brands is seeking a detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our Production & Design team in Beverly Hills, CA. You’ll support coordination activities for assigned categories, including timeline tracking, sample logistics and vendor communication under senior staff guidance.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with the ability to manage workloads, prioritize tasks, and maintain high accuracy when handling large datasets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years production coordination or related experience
• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking production timelines and milestones
• Support sample requests, logging, and shipment coordination
• Help maintain production records in ERP/PLM systems
• Communicate routine status updates to internal stakeholders
• Support purchase order data entry and tracking
• Assist with ad hoc production coordination tasks
• Identify discrepancies or missing information and resolve or expedite as needed
