Job summary

Bechtel seeks a Workface Planner & Hydrotest Coordinator to support Maple Creek project execution from Reston, VA, with eventual deployment to Indiana. You will develop Advanced Work Packaging, IWPs, hydrotest planning, and readiness activities coordinating with construction, engineering, supply chain and subcontracts.

The role emphasizes integrating engineering, procurement, construction, and startup needs into practical field plans to improve safety, productivity, and system turnover

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent and 2–9 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of AWP, CWPs and IWPs for field execution planning.
• Proficient in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop executable work packages and coordinate planning with field teams.
• Manage material requisitions and quantify field purchases.
• Track quantities and monitor progress against plans.
• Support safety, quality and turnover readiness for systems.
