Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a Workface Planner & Hydrotest Coordinator for the Maple Creek Combined Cycle Power Project in Indiana. You will develop Advanced Work Packaging (AWP), IWPs, hydrotest planning, and readiness activities, coordinating across construction, field engineering, project controls, supply chain, startup, and subcontractors.

Based in Reston, VA initially, you will mobilize to the Maple Creek project site in Indiana to support field execution, hydrotest coordination, workface planning,

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or international equivalent and 2–5 years of relevant experience or 6–9 years of relevant work experience.
• Understanding of construction sequencing and workface planning principles with AWP/WP packages.
• Experience with Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software and 4D planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop executable work packages and coordinate planning activities.
• Coordinate hydrotest planning and field readiness with multiple teams.
• Support system turnover, commissioning, and safety requirements in the field.
