Job summary

Bechtel Corporation in Houston, TX is seeking a Lead Planner to drive scheduling for a large API Manufacturing Facility project. You will develop and maintain integrated schedules, support forecasting and risk management, and deliver schedule insights to enable informed decision-making.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and 8–14 years of experience in project controls for EPC projects, with strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office, plus excellent communication and mentorship

Qualifications

Requires bachelor's degree and 8-14 years of relevant experience.
Proven ability to develop, maintain, and analyze complex integrated project schedules.
Strong CPM scheduling, forecasting, risk assessment, and recovery planning skills.
Experience leading multidisciplinary planning teams on large EPC/EPCm projects.

Responsibilities

Lead development, implementation, maintenance, and analysis of integrated EPCCS schedules.
Ensure schedule alignment with objectives, execution strategies, and milestones.
Direct collection and evaluation of scope, quantities, staffing, and schedule logic.
Facilitate planning workshops and cross-functional coordination for aligned plans.
Provide leadership and mentorship to planners and schedulers.
Monitor schedule performance, conduct critical path analysis, and forecast risks.
Prepare schedule reports and executive-level analyses for leadership and clients.
Ensure schedule quality and compliance with corporate procedures.
