DriveTime Family of Brands in Tempe, AZ seeks a Workers' Compensation Manager to oversee the organization's workers' compensation program from injury reporting to claim closure. You will partner with insurance carriers, TPAs, medical providers, and legal counsel to ensure timely, compliant handling of claims.

You will analyze claims data, drive return-to-work initiatives, and develop policies to reduce costs while protecting employees.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of workers' compensation claims or risk management experience.
• Knowledge of regulations and return-to-work practices.
• Experience with insurance carriers and TPAs.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of workers' compensation claims from injury reporting through closure.
• Serve as the main point of contact for employees, managers, carriers, TPAs, providers, and counsel.
• Monitor open claims for trends and cost containment opportunities.
• Develop return-to-work, incident reporting, and claim management programs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
