Job summary

Travel up to 15% and collaboration across departments. Hybrid onsite 4 days a week, 1 day remote; insurance licensing and DOT regulations preferred; strong analytics

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years claims experience, primarily auto, general liability and workers’ compensation.
• Insurance licensing such as CPCU or Casualty Adjuster license.
• Experience with Department of Transportation (DOT) Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and lines of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the liability and workers’ compensation claim programs.
• Assists department leadership with management and evaluation of third party claims administrator performance and other vendors.
• Manages Texas non-subscriber program.
• Oversees the national return to work program.
• Assists injured workers through recovery.
• Maintains nationwide medical panels, CA MPN, PPO, PBM networks.
• Provides training to locations on casualty programs in jurisdictions.
• Audits of TPA and claim files to ensure proper reserving and resolution plans.
