Dudley DeBosier Injury Lawyers in Baton Rouge is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Legal Assistant to support the WC team from intake to resolution. You will manage client communications, calendar deadlines, draft basic pleadings, and handle document scanning, mail, and file management while delivering exceptional service.

Responsabilités

• Contacting clients, adjusters and providers on a regular basis and calls are returned in a timely manner.
• Initial file setup into case management software.
• Mail management of all incoming/outgoing mail, email or fax.
• Calendar management for attorneys regarding deadlines, client meetings and all other scheduled events as well as confirming addresses for meetings.
• Preparation of any settlement documents when necessary.
• Scanning of documents to the appropriate party and/or client file.
• Close out of electronic files in a timely manner.
• Drafting of basic legal pleadings

Job responsibilities:

• Contacting clients, adjusters and providers on a regular basis and calls are returned in a timely manner.
• Initial file setup into case management software.
• Mail management of all incoming/outgoing mail, email or fax.
• Calendar management for attorneys regarding deadlines, client meetings and all other scheduled events as well as confirming addresses for meetings.

As a WC Legal Assistantfor Dudley DeBosier, you will provide clients with extremely great customer service from the inception of the case until its resolution.
