Dudley DeBosier Personal Injury Lawyers is seeking a pre-litigation Attorney to join our team in New Orleans, Louisiana. You will provide legal representation to clients in personal injury matters and work in a fast-moving, energetic environment.

The role requires a JD from an accredited law school, a valid Louisiana license to practice law, and good standing with the state bar. You will collaborate with a legal assistant and manage case workflows while ensuring ethical compliance and client

Responsibilities

• Provide legal representation to clients in personal injury cases.
• Conduct client calls and case evaluations to determine legal strategy.
• Investigate claims by reviewing police reports, medical records, witness statements, and other evidence.
• File management in our case management software
• Understanding UM coverage
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide case updates and legal guidance.
• Collaborate with your legal assistant to manage case workflow.
• Ensure compliance with all legal standards, ethics rules, and firm policies.

Job Qualifications Required
