Role Description

This full-time Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney role (1-3 years of experience) is a hybrid position based in Atlanta, GA, with a mix of in-office and work-from-home flexibility. The attorney will manage a caseload of workers' compensation matters, including claim evaluation, discovery, motion practice, and court and administrative hearings.
