The attorney will support the firm's commitment to client advocacy and provide skilled representation across all stages of workers' compensation matters.

Qualified candidates hold a JD, active State Bar license, and at least two years of workers' compensation experience.

Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Active State Bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of workers' compensation experience.
• Experience with wage and hour claims is a plus.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases.

• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from pre-litigation to litigation.
• Handle pre-suit matters and assist senior attorneys post-suit.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Guide clients through the legal process.
• Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
