Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership or recent bar exam completion.

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling workers' compensation defense matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis.
• Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy.
• Participate in client communications and case development.
• Manage assigned cases with increasing responsibility over time.
