BCG Attorney Search in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, is seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney to manage a complex caseload from pre-litigation through trial. The attorney will support the firm's commitment to client advocacy and provide skilled representation across all stages of workers' compensation matters.

Qualified candidates hold a JD, active State Bar license, and at least two years of workers' compensation experience.

Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Active State Bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of workers' compensation experience.
• Experience with wage and hour claims is a plus.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases.

Responsibilities
