You will manage California WC defense matters, represent employers and carriers, attend hearings, and draft pleadings while collaborating with a supportive team to grow your litigation skills.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• 1–3 years of California workers' compensation defense experience.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Our growing law firm is seeking a Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney with 1–3 years of experience to join our Los Angeles office.
